Fully self contained cottage on a 2 acre lifestle block. You will find that it is a spacious and private one bedroom cottage with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and the lake. It is conveniently situated to many of Rotorua's major tourist attractions Agrodome, Agroadventures, Mitai, Rainbow Springs, Skyline Skyrides, Kiwi Encounter and Hells Gate yet is only a short walk to Lake Rotorua (500m), Hamurana Springs and Hamurana Golf Course.

Amenities include a full kitchen, laundry, TV, DVD, stereo, linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries and free wireless internet facilities.
A BBQ is available. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, a foldout double futon sofa bed in the lounge and a foldout single bed. We also have a portacot and highchair available.

At Broekhaven we support the Rotorua SPCA so we have an assortment of small creatures needing special care. There are sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, giant rabbits (one is an amputee) as well as dogs and cats. All the farm animals are friendly and love being hand fed and patted. Lambs can be bottle fed in Spring.

Continental breakfast provisions supplied each day including freshly baked bread and pastries.
